Mountain Dew was created in the year 1940 by two brothers by the name of Barney and Ally Hartman. They struggled to get the soda to take off, even trying to sell to Coca Cola. Eventually, the formula was tweaked to taste more like the Mountain Dew we know and love. The soda took off and in 1964, it was sold to Pepsi. Mountain Dew Frost Bite was only recently released in March 2020. It is described as an icy refreshing and cool melon flavour. Try Mountain Dew's latest soda.
