All orders are bubble-wrapped to ensure your order arrives to you safely! All orders will be dispatched the same day or the next business day. Any orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the following business day. We are located in Queensland and use Australia Post for standard and express postage.
We offer shipping via Australia Post and Sendle, Australia-wide. Shipping rate is calculated at checkout and you have the option to choose to have your order shipped with Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post) or Sendle.
Sendle is usually the cheapest courier available, however we highly recommend Australia Post for your shipping option for a better delivery experience. Australia Post also allows for orders to be delivered to your PO Box/Parcel Locker whereas Sendle can only be sent to a residential address.
Orders are typically shipped the same business day if placed before 1pm AEST. Orders placed after 1pm AEST or, over the weekend are shipped the following business day.
We offer local delivery across the Gold Coast free for all orders over $50, or a flat rate of $5 for orders under $50. We deliver throughout the week. You will receive a text message to organise a suitable delivery time.
Changes and Cancellations
Please email us as soon as possible to rectify any issues with your order and our team will try to respond back to you quickly. In the event that your order has been shipped before we have gotten back to you, please understand we cannot cancel your order.
